Preservation of Motorcars

What we provide to the car storage industry.

The creator began his interest in Digital marketing back in 2009 (see below). In this instance he learned at first hand how one of the most well-known market leaders in marketing operates. How the development staff work, what they do, how the account managers feed jobs into the team and how the account directors at the front of the business charge to acquire the business.

He also took part is training seminars held by account managers to train developers on SEO, paid advertising and visitor engagement. This is out of date in 2025, however the creator has knowledge of digital marketing of about 8 years, with 6 years directly applied directly to the vehicle storage industry. In this time he has received over 3000 inquiries and has a few hundred cars dotted around the country.

The reason for this post:

  • A few years ago vehicle storage facilities were full in winter.
  • Many aren't now.
  • There are new entrants, more competition.
  • Some companies invested in expansion in 2024-25.
  • The economy hit a slump towards the end of 2025.
  • The slump in our opinion is designed to get worse.

Then...

  • Google advertising - skyrocketed. Cost per click, management fees £1000 a month.
  • Worse still, consent mode - industry reports in 2025 suggest it's ruining businesses.
  • Making Google more difficult to manage.

How well do your other channels work? not click-through rate, not inquiries, BUT cars in (this is the metric we use)..

How do you plan for 2026?

  • We are fairly lucky as we have 6 years industry specific knowledge and all the data.
  • We can create in manual form.

Commercial

  • Solid contacts due to overseas interests; for three Governments, top 10 economies.

Our issue is finding suitable companies / suitable business people to provide them good quality business.

We have inbox full of business inquiries unable to fulfill.

We are looking for:

Long term spaces (everyday private clients). You receive the normal rate less our commission.

Short term space (with recovery can be a THIRD PARTY). Average takings, £2000 per car less our commission.

Ability to place on the ramp for diagnostics.

TLC preferred on some cars.

Commercial 12-18 month agreement (approx 20-50 spaces, some can be outside). So far approx £20-£80k a year less our commission.

*We prefer to start small and build up the trade*.

From: £3000, established business to £6000, new business.

Performance commission 10%.

ROI doubled in 6-12 months maximum. Then the income keep growing in year 2-5.

You keep control. You take the client money directly.

When the creator has called companies this year 95% say they all want business.

However they of course feel a little unsure about spending.

They don't know what we've invested over the years to bring in this quality business. We found in 2025 that the ones who came onboard didn't allow us to have professional boundaries, is it a society/economic issue?. With commercial, as an example we provided business on the basis that the storage company keeps us informed. Quite simple, but a couple refused, stole and damaged our relationship with a couple of the suppliers - so we stopped services and learned.

We need help to find good quality companies to come on board with us for the next 3-5 years.

Can you assist?

The below is shown to help you build up trust with Ben. His previous company. Relationship side that's key.

Telephone reference for storage companies can be provided when the agreement is finalized prior to the initiation fee being made.

Building up the personal Brand:

You will deal with Ben directly. He does all the work personally, therefore he's limited to taking on only a couple of new clients every quarter.

It's a personal professional service.
