How do you plan for 2026?

Commercial 

We have an inbox full of business inquiries unable to fulfill. Some private, a couple commercial.

We are looking for:

  1. Long term spaces (everyday private clients). You receive the normal rate less our commission.
  2. Short term space (with recovery can be a THIRD PARTY). Average takings, £2-3000 per car Net.
  3. Ability to place on the ramp for diagnostics.
  4. TLC preferred on some cars. 

Each Commercial deal is 12-18 month's (approx 12-52 spaces, some can be outside). Earnings so far £25-85k a year with our commission deducted. 

Preference to start small and build up: Implement our system that can take up to 3 months. For some businesses owners juggling many tasks this timeframe may extend to 6 months.

After 6 years in the vehicle storage (automotive) area; the company has received over 3000 inquiries, and holds a few hundred cars dotted around the country.

How the development staff work, what they do, how the account managers feed jobs into the team and how the account directors at the front of the business charge to acquire the said business.
