Company Vision:

The John Rose Group, established in 2019, is developing a Network of Car Storage Companies, each with its own unique style and offering.

Micro-enterprises are organisations with less than 9 employees which turn over less than £2million per year. They are actually the lifeblood of all modern societies around the world, yet in comparison to large corporations receive less help in times of recession.

National Enterprise of Micro-enterprises.

  • 100% Independent & Hidden.
  • Only a client knows where a Storage Facility is.
  • Not even the Creator knows this information, as we don't need to. 

Initially, for the Secure storage of vehicles. 

However, the requirement for complementary Automotive services is desired to cater to client prospect demand. We are a Car storage Solution provider.

Preservation For Motorcars:

As many know, the car industry is going through a change with regulations being introduced to limit the use of combustion engines and a push for consumers to transfer to electric vehicles. Motoring enthusiasts would never see their cherished vehicles disappear, meaning the need to preserve, has never been greater.

The Storage Industry for Motorcars is booming, along with Drive Clubs and other Motoring Enthusiast Meet-ups

  • Clients, in particular those who own or wish to own multiple cars, require more variety.
  • Clients wish to move cars around to cater for their leisure, business and travel needs.
  • Many vehicle storage facilities are becoming full.

Clients who find suitable storage places buy more vehicles and neither wish to drive them daily, nor allow unwanted attention at their home or work place. Other clients have just one, usually sentimental, and enjoy the pleasure of taking it out for a drive every so often. 

Strategic Update as of June 2025

It's an interesting story is the one below. He never did classic car storage - we gave him this Business alternative.

Further more: the below focuses on the development of Vision and Brand identity. 

What really makes things interesting is that, after all this, he still had the audacity to advise us that his whole company was for sale. He must believe he'd be suitable to receive a nice, generous reward after cheating us and disrespecting us from the start, after we assisted his company for (life) survival, opportunity in classic car storage.

Note: the creator does not use AI for content creation. 

He did call us immediately to apologise and simply advised that due to his struggle, he had no choice but to do what he did - not have any honorability.

All part of the learning experience of what business people in the industry can be like was our main purpose. Understand the industry and the people within it. And this knowledge (pattern is learned) is then factored into the larger commercial contracts, which was part of the vision from the beginning.

We know the patterns, which means, when the management of operations is required, including that of reporting to the supplier - we are able to confidently achieve the desired output for them using past corporate knowledge plus this newly acquired Industry knowledge.

Resolution:

  • We aim to have facilities in all regions of the United Kingdom. It's hugely beneficial in terms of Marketing cost savings to you.
  • We will focus on assisting genuine companies that wish to be a part of the Network.
  • The creator has the knowledge to operate at levels of up to £100m turnover a year.
  • This includes overseeing and guiding operational and financial activities such as National contracts and Overseas clientele.
  • Of course, our integral focus is, and will always be, the many hundreds of local car storage customers.

The creator has the ability to train and guide Network members to install the process where required, thereby ensuring the safety and fulfilment of client orders.

  1. This past half-decade has been a great success due to the acquisition of knowledge, and he would like to thank past clients - he wishes them all well.
  2. He would like to thank all current clients who are still onboard and thanks them for their support and belief in this vision.

Turnaround:

The creator used to specialise in the turnaround of large companies within multiple Industries.

Thus far, indirectly turned around three smaller outfits, all Automotive including that of the above example, in fairness. A Racing team/Supercar mechanic company, and the final one was a simple car storage facility who were sat empty for months when they first opened.

Less than £250k in turnover, apart from the Racing company, which was in-between £250-£350k in turnover per annum.

  • Apply skills not used in a decade.
  • Apply Marketing strategy for these Businesses to bring new clients in. This was not his skill base when turning around firms in the past.
  • The larger company benefited from the inception of an internal process for better efficiency.
  • Profits that included their other income streams that attach to car storage.
Note: everyone of the three examples above turned into a thief and stole performance commissions. One even stole processes to actually make their own company efficient.

Established very quickly income for struggling Business. 

Going forwards:

The Network is in need of better companies to come on board. All of the first batch of five-year client services (bar 1) were stopped at the end of 2024, mainly due to the ever-increasing disrespect. He was left deflated and lost £ thousands by the way.

Givers-Gain was a tactic the creator learned many years ago with a Breakfast group called BNI (Business Network International). When you give, you get back (there are good, honourable Business people around). But here, he mistakenly believed the same methodology would apply within the Automotive Industry and the SME's that serve it.

The creator learned that no matter how much he gave to these people, they would not give back.

*They are still great people* *It's a common tactic across Business as a whole* *The same overseas, some cultures are more severe*. 

He wants to find Business people with a givers-gain philosophy. Is this even possible in today's world? It was back in 2006 when he first learned about this philosophy with BNI.

Mainly, he lost long-standing relationships that he considers fundamental to fulfilling larger deals. It's a much easier sell to advise a supplier that "yes, we've worked with John for 5 years, never had a raised query or issue on site, always paid us each month too. John is fully recommended". 

They didn't care.

Their aim was to take everything whilst ensuring the creator got nothing. A couple would put his knowledge down, whilst then copying what was in the conversations. Another created an argument for the sum of £50, toxic and negative.

Finally, a couple would disregard his creative works to actually find them alternative Business income within a tough economic period (this current content was not live then.June.2025.). You'd think that they'd support his work, considering what he's already achieved for them. 

He became quite drained communicating with quite often rude people, who he actually, genuinely valued as long-term Automotive clients. All these past clients had made £ thousands already, in that of a 3+ year trading relationship. 

The creator owns his mistakes with the choice of Automotive companies he once helped. Currently, it's difficult to confidently deliver on the alternative Business until replacements have been found. He owns his mistakes.

He has areas available with clients ready to store - unbelievable.

Perhaps also, he made the mistake of not sharing the vision - they were not aware of the overall aim, maybe?

Basically: to consider us for Investment in terms of classic cars - meaning the services of;

  • Secure Car storage.
  • Vehicle Repair & Servicing.
  • The Acquisition & Sale of.
  • Transport & Recovery services.
  • Car preparation, such as Detailing.

All will be required.

Client Experiences:

"Always seeking ways to create new Business opportunities."

We may have drowsy weather sometimes, but the UK has always been able to throw a good party. London, in particular, is still a hub for overseas clientele, so we aim to build and offer them experiences too.

We will use the Industry and the great people within to show them that we do have; great culture, polite people, strong Business ethics, and a wide variety of exciting offerings.

This latest idea came about due to interest from the Middle-east.

We tried to accommodate their request, but unfortunately, this year we were unable to deliver. All because the units contacted didn't like the idea of our company making a 15% commission on a service created from thin air, which would, in effect, pay them triple their normal rate in what is considered the quietest month for car storage.

Some of these people own hundreds of cars already and come to the UK for the summer period only. The client needed to book and offered to pay 3.5 months in advance. We didn't take their money, as the units at that time contacted were uncooperative for some reason.  

The integrity of our company was to disclose and be honest. Feedback received; the storage companies were unhappy with 85%.

We must find companies to work with that appreciate our offerings and approach.

Note: We wish to keep the London website to a maximum of 7 live companies who are within a 1.5-2 hour travel distance from the Centre of London.

An experience is a driving event or something related to motorsport. Something that provides the clientele with a positive experience, which will help to develop long-term UK relationships. 

On the table Example below:

3-10-year project - first one, an Alfa Romeo as per the 3 photos.

The requirement is for vehicle recovery, storage, TLC repair work/restoration (at least to the point of detailed diagnostics), part sourcing availability, and finally export.

The creator, as part of this project, must spend 3-9 months overseas building repour - this is his strength, his character.

The idea of course is to enhance opportunities for Business profits on their end - increase what they will earn. But to also invite these people back over to the UK so they can either enjoy one of our Network member experiences or the UK's Classic Car Heritage. 

Investment to join:

Companies must pay money to come on board. The initial set-up fee is £6000.00 for a new Network member. The creator has learned that if nothing has been paid in, there is no value, and then these people expect everything else to be free, too. The fee is negotiable depending on the company and their requirements needed on spec.

This helps to navigate away from unsuitable companies, covers for processes to assist a company (mini-turnaround) if needed. Theft of performance commissions and genuine losses if they decide to be of a similar character as the examples above.

Not all clients want commercial work. Some are happy with simply increasing their long-term storage customers, which have always been our "bread and butter" work. As some own countryside estates, they have other Business interests, meaning the dedication to complete larger contract work can not be fulfilled. Or, they can be part-retired, meaning they don't need the chaos commercial work brings (they don't need the money to be fair).

We must assess viability to select the best match-fit companies; along with the ones who are able, and prepared to pay-in a little money.  

"The benefit of coming on board is not solely about making money."

A shared vision that aims to:

  1. Continue to provide exceptional service to the domestic market.
  2. Provide our International friends with enjoyable Automotive experiences here in the UK.
  3. Car storage can become mundane - something creative to think about.
  4. Many have other Business interests and no doubt would value meeting overseas clientele.

Welcome to the vision. 

The creator can't do everything himself - he needs the support of good people also.  

You may want to add value with your own critiques. A couple of facility owners do drive events. One group drives all the way over to a popular Racing event in France.
